A New Chapter for CWIRE

Six years ago, CWIRE started with a question:

What would happen if women in real estate had access to professional development, mentorship, leadership opportunities, and community that were actually designed with women in mind?

Not as an afterthought. Not as a pink version of something built for someone else. But from the ground up.

Since then, what started as an idea has grown into something much bigger.

We've built a national brand, a professional website and membership platform, a podcast, social media channels, partnerships, educational content, mentorship initiatives, and a community of women who believe there is more than one way to build a successful career.

Most importantly, we've built momentum.

Over the past year, I've spent a lot of time thinking about where CWIRE goes next.

As many of you know, my own world has expanded significantly through my real estate business, community work, and the development of Westwoods Farm. While I remain incredibly passionate about CWIRE and the vision behind it, I've come to realize that this next stage requires someone with the time, energy, resources, and focus to fully steward it forward.

And, if I'm being honest, I recently turned 60. While I still have plenty of ideas, I also recognize that organizations thrive when new leaders bring fresh energy, perspectives, and ambition to the table.

So this email is both an invitation and an opportunity.

I'm not looking to sell CWIRE.

I'm looking for the right person, organization, or leadership team to guide it into its next chapter.

Someone who sees what I see.

Someone who understands the potential of a national membership platform for women in real estate. Someone who believes in building community, creating meaningful education, facilitating mentorship, and helping women succeed on their own terms.

One of the things that excites me most about this opportunity is that the hard part has already been done.

The vision is clear. The foundation is built.

CWIRE already has a professional website and membership platform, established branding and brand standards, social media channels, podcast assets, incorporation and governance documentation, financial records, strategic planning work, educational frameworks, web development resources, and a growing national community.

Whoever takes the reins won't be starting from scratch. They'll be stepping into something that has been thoughtfully built, carefully tested, and is ready for its next stage of growth.

My hope is to remain involved as Founder and as a member of the Board, helping to protect the vision, support strategic planning, and contribute to the future direction of the organization while stepping away from day-to-day operations.

In many ways, this feels less like stepping away and more like creating space for the next phase of growth.

If you've ever looked at CWIRE and thought, "This could become something truly special," I'd love to hear from you.

And if someone—or a group of someones—comes to mind while reading this, I'd appreciate an introduction.

The vision remains the same.

The opportunity is what comes next.

With gratitude,

Jacquie McCarnan
