Reverse Mentorship Program

CWIRE is all about building each other up, and mentorship is at the heart of that mission. Together with Women in Leadership (WIL), we’re creating mentorship programs that foster collaboration and growth in both directions.

Experienced leaders mentor new agents, sharing their expertise, while younger professionals help seasoned agents navigate the latest tech tools. It’s about learning from one another, growing together, and strengthening the community of women in real estate.

PROGRAM FEES:

This is the first intake for the CWIRE Reverse Mentorship Program and will be conducted with a small group and without fees. If you sign up after this intake is full you will have an opportunity to join the next session in January 2026. Please email admin@c-wire.ca for more information.
