    Our founder, Jacquie, has spent years shaping the vision of a national non-profit dedicated to supporting women in real estate. Her success in the industry is deeply rooted in the contributions of those who paved the way before her and her unwavering commitment to creating a level playing field for women. Drawing on her experience as the founder of North Van Cares, Jacquie has brought CWIRE to life—a community built for women, by women.

  • Executive Director of Strategic Growth & Innovation

    It’s hard to put into words just how incredible Caroline is! Her boundless energy, unwavering commitment to her career, family, and philanthropy make her the ideal fit for the role of Executive Director of Strategic Growth & Innovation. We are thrilled to have her join the CWIRE Board and can’t wait to see her bring the same brilliance and passion to this position that she brings to everything she does.
